1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides. 2. Bend into a squat position, place your hands on the floor. 3. Kick your legs back into a plank position. 4. Jump or step forward to return to a squat position. 5. Jump up and return to the standing position.

1. Start in a high plank, wrists directly under your shoulders, core and butt tight and tailbone tucked. 2. Pull your right knee into your chest, then extend it back as you pull your left leg into your chest. 3. For a better cardio workout, move quick but don’t lose form 4. Keep your butt as stable as possible and avoid sagging into your shoulders.

1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out. 2. Push your hips back and lower down into a squat to pick up a medicine ball, keeping your chest lifted and back flat. 3. Lift the ball overhead with both hands. Slam the ball onto the floor in between your legs. As you slam the ball, lower back down into a squat. 4. Grab onto the ball and stand up again.

1. Sit up with your legs out in front of you, knees bent and your heels on the floor, your back at a 45-degree angle to the floor. 2. To make this move more difficult, you can raise your heels slightly so they aren’t touching the floor. 3. Hold a medicine ball or medium-weight dumbbell with both hands by your stomach. 4. Keep your back straight and medicine ball in close to your torso as you twist to the right and left.
