How do I make a purchase on LimeRoad?
You can make purchases using the following:

What is Cash on Delivery?
With "Cash on Delivery" or COD, you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on LimeRoad.
Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase?
The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 25,000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.
How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order?
Add items to your cart. Hit proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery. Click to Place Order button, Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen.
To serve you better and provide fast delivery, limeroad team may contact you(email/phone) for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in next 48 hrs from the time of order placed.
You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
Can I pay by Cheque / Demand Draft upon delivery of my item?
No, our COD partner will only accept cash payment at the time of delivery.
How do I pay using a Credit card?
We accept all VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards.
To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password.
After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on LimeRoad, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
How do I pay using a Debit card?
We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on LimeRoad. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.
Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on LimeRoad?
Yes, shopping at LimeRoad is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on LimeRoad are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks.
Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on LimeRoad extremely safe and secure.

What is a 3D Secure password?
3D Secure is also known as "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard securecode". It is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D Secure password.
How can I get the 3D Secure password for my Credit/Debit card?
You can register for the 3D Secure password for your Credit/Debit card by visiting your Bank's website.
Limeroad credit points
Limeroad credit points is equivalent to a store credit on Limeroad.com which can be utilized to make any purchase with us. Below are the terms & conditions for LR credit points -
*In order to use the credit point you need to place an order for minimum amount of Rs. 1000 or more.
*You can utilize all your credit points in one go as there is no limit to utilize them.
*1 LR Credit point = Rs 1
*LR Credits cannot be clubbed with any other promotions or discounts
*LR Credits will have a fixed expiry date.

How do I check the current status of my order(s)?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with LimeRoad.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your "My Account - My Orders" page, where you can view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "TRACK". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail and sms with the shipping details.
What do the different order status mean?
Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Confirmed :
We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Pending COD Confirmation :
We have received your order and we are now processing your order
Order Shipped :
Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location
Order Cancelled :
The order was cancelled
When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned in the Item Description Page (where you can zoom and see the details of each item). It may differ from one item to another. Here is an explanation of delivery estimates:
Within 3-5 days :
For all key metros (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Calcultta) & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 3-5 business days.
Within 5-7 days :
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days.
Within 10-15 days :
For other areas, orders will be sent by Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 10-15 business days depending on the location.
Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and sundays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
For certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Estimated times vary with the area you live in, warehouse from which this product is being shipped from, as well as whether it is in-stock or not. Here's what this means." If a product is in-stock with us, then depending on where you live, & warehouse from it is getting shipped, we can deliver to you within 3 days or 5 days. This will be clearly mentioned in your order confirmation email. If a product has the label : "Coming soon - preorder" --- we will let you know as soon as it reaches us, and we have shipped it to you. If a product has the label : "Notify me" --- we will let you know as soon as we have it back in stock. The delivery time will then depend on when you place the order
How will my item be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All LimeRoad items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
Will I get my order in single shipment/can i make special request to have a single shipment for my order?
We are so sorry as it is quite not be possible to get your delivery in single shipment as we have them located across the country in multiple cities. Your packets are picked up from the respective places to be then promptly delivered to you. Your order having more than one brand will be shipped in part/mutiple shipments.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through many reputed couriers on our panel.
Our systems are extremely effective to automatically pick up the best suited shipper for your area. However, for certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service).

What is your Return Policy?
You can return any product that you have received as long as
- customer invoice
- all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

You need to make sure that
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product:
You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
- Any Other Returns:
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 5 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product
I received a defective item from LimeRoad. How do I get it replaced? OR I received an incorrect order. What can I do?
You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at heretohelp@limeroad.com or call us on 0124-6683700
You book a shipping pickup with us, and ensure that the product is picked up from your premise by our courier within 7 days
To book a shipping pickup, you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team who will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up, and the courier fails to find you at the address, there will be a Rs 100 charge payable by you at the time of delivery of the replacement . Each time that you are not there, there is a Rs 100 charge (why - thats what it costs us to bring your stuff back)
The product is returned to us with
- customer invoice
- all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- and is unused condition
As soon as we have received the product, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out
In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.
In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you used to pay us, or in the case of a CoD payment, by a cheque
If the product received back by us does not meet the 3 specifications above, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided. If you still wish to get the same product back, we will be happy to do so, as long as you are ok to bear the shipping expenses
If the product is deemed not to have a manufacturing defect, but has been damaged because of misuse -- we will not replace, only arrange for a credit which you can use with us within 6 months.
You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase.
Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on LimeRoad.
My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?
At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with ie LimeRoad tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order

You can cancel an order in one of two ways

If you cancel an order by calling us , before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.
If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (ie do not accept the package)
- If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (ie return the product), then please follow the steps above. We can only process the credit once We have received the product - and it meets the three criteria above

To maintain our high standard of hygiene and professional service, we shall accept returns of all items except the following
- Lingerie - briefs/ bottom wear
- Socks

Are the products I purchase on LimeRoad covered by a warranty / guarantee?
At LimeRoad, we work hard to select only reputable brands / shops and vendors for you. If they offers a Warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you. For most product lines however, there are no manufacturer's warranty - and it is like buying a product. Its exactly the same as if you were buying products in a shopping mall or from local shops
Does LimeRoad deliver internationally?
LimeRoad doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?
With LimeRoad, what you see is what you get. We work hard on photographing images as is. Our content team gives you an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item. Our sourcing team makes sure to send out products that meet the LimeRoad aesthetic and stringent quality standards. If despite this you don’t fall in love with what you get, give us a call within 5 days to book a return.

How will the refund work once I return a product I bought from the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer?
If you are returning a product you bought under Buy 1 Get 1, the refund will be after proportioning the discount availed during the Buy 1 Get 1 offer. For e.g.: Customer bought 2 products worth Rs.1500 and Rs.1000 and got Rs.1000 discount and returns the product of Rs.1000 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs.600 i.e. Rs.1000 - Rs.400 (Proportionate Discount).
Beware of fraud/imposter calls
Some of our customers have reported getting random phone calls from imposters who call on behalf of Team Lime Road and ask for cash amount to be deposited in bank account for heavy discounts/gold coins/air tickets/event participation etc. We want to caution our customers that by no means these calls are from us and we will never demand such favors from our customers. These calls are by possible pranksters/imposters and we request our customers to share their details with us at the earliest. Please do not entertain them.

Your Scrapbook is your personal space on LimeRoad to engage your creative side. Use templates to create a look, assemble décor ideas or just collect your favourite things.
How do I create a look via the LimeRoad Scrapbook?
Click on ‘Create Scrapbook’ on the right side of your screen to start.
Select a template.
Select products. Drag & drop to the template.
Save your look. Share your look.
You can earn 100 LR Credit when someone buys from it!
Where can I see my looks?
Access your looks anytime in Your Profile>Scrapbooks, on the top right corner of your screen (below Contact Us).
How can I edit my look(s) after saving?

Then click on the light grey, pencil tool on the top right corner of every look to edit your look.
How can I delete my look(s) after saving?
Access your looks anytime in Your Profile>Scrapbooks, on the top right corner of your screen. Then click on the light grey, ‘X’ on the top right corner of every look to delete your look.
How can I share my looks with my Facebook friends?
Access your looks anytime in Your Profile>Scrapbooks, on the top right corner of your screen. To share, hover your mouse on the look you want to share and click on the SHARE button in the centre of the look. You can then select the friends you would like to share your look with on the Facebook Window that appears.
How can I share my looks with my friends via e-mail?
Go to Your Profile>Scrapbooks on the top right corner of your screen, and copy paste this URL on an e-mail to your friends. You can also share this link via Whatsapp or SMS.
What is Create & Sell?
You can create beautiful looks via the LimeRoad Scrapbook and sell them! For each successful order* of two or more products from your look, you will earn 100 LR Credit. 100 LR Credit is worth Rs. 100.
A successful order is one that is paid for (COD/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking), delivered, and is past returning stage. This may take upto 20 working days.
How can I sell my look(s)?
Share your looks and profile with your friends & family via Facebook or E-mail. If anyone shops 2 or more products from your look, they get a 10% discount on total MRP and you get 100 LR Credit once their order is successfully completed.
If you create 100 or more quality looks every month you become a Top Scrapbooker, and the chances of your looks appearing on the home page of LimeRoad.com increases. This ensures that your look is exposed on the site to many users and increases the possibility of a sale from your look. If anyone shops 2 or more products from your look, they get a 10% discount on total MRP and you get 100 LR Credit once their order is successfully completed.

How will I know if someone bought something from my look?
You will receive an e-mail from LimeRoad within 3 hours of a sale from your look informing you of the sale. Please note, however, that you will receive credit only once the order is successfully completed. A successful order is one that is paid for (COD/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking), delivered, and is past returning stage. This may take upto 20 working days.
LimeRoad will send you an e-mail when the order is successfully completed, and the credit is added to your account.
